PALMER CHENILLE
A pearlescent single-sided chenille that can be used to wrap collars or palmered for streamer bodies. Ideal for the latest articulated streamer patterns. Also works great as a replacement for streamer sized dubbing brushes. Available in Threes sizes. Small-10mm, Medium-20mm and Large-50mm.
